Albuquerque Rescue Mission | Statement of Faith

The Albuquerque Rescue Mission Statement of Faith represents the core beliefs that inspire and set the standard by which all of our existing programs are created and focused. No one is denied help at the Albuquerque Rescue Mission due to age, race, nationality,religious or sexual preference. It is our belief that it is the meaningful programs and life saving services that we provide which often open the door for meaningful, permanent change.

We believe the Holy Bible to be the only inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of God the Father, in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men, regeneration is absolutely essential.

We believe in the now and ever present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a victorious Godly life.

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust, the everlasting blessedness of the saved, and the everlasting, conscious punishment of the lost.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in Jesus Christ.
